Facilities

The Pound Ridge Tennis Club is situated on eight wooded acres in an area dotted with small ponds that are home to frogs, fish and other aquatic life, as well as hawks, owls, ospreys and – every so often – a bald eagle. Our facilities include tennis courts, platform tennis courts, and a Clubhouse for entertaining.

The Club has seven Har-Tru tennis courts that perform like clay but are fast-drying and meticulously groomed. Our courts have long been regarded as among the best-playing in Northern Westchester.

The Club also has three regulation platform tennis courts with non-skid aluminum decks, sub-surface heaters and state-of-the-art floodlights for nighttime play.

The Clubhouse is equipped with men’s and women’s locker rooms, a kitchenette and a large, sunny common room with a seating area. The wrap-around deck has a great view of the paddle courts and grounds.

There is ample off-street parking and, during tennis season, a canopied gallery with benches for watching tennis and relaxing between rounds.
